Dolly Note: What a BASTARD! Barr robbed this man of his right to fair legal representation. I hope the officers sues the sons- a- bitch Barr. And I say sons-a-bitch because it’s harsher. Barr was more concerned with his ‘pitiful public perception’ than the rights of those who are ‘presumed innocent until proven guilty.
