As an intelligence analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Jeff Carlton authored over 30 reports, “several” of which were “hand-selected” for briefing to two different National Security Advisors and the President of the United States at the time, Barack Obama.
