Nancy Mace admitted that the rules package negotiated by the Freedom Caucus Reps. who blocked McCarthy’s speakership through 14 rounds of voting is “the most open, fair, and fiscally conservative package we’ve had in 30 years,” before saying that she might vote against it anyways, seemingly, for personal reasons.
